Why the environment is important to me:
As a coach and athlete the environment is critical to the work I do. Witnessing the erosion of the seasons has been a painful process. While exercise may be a part of a healthy lifestyle, training in poor air quality conditions has had a serious affect on my health and well being. It is important for me to do what I can to affect a small amount of change to reduce the impact of climate change.
Why I'm a Clean Air Champion:
I've been working hard on making a difference in climate change in my life. CAC provieds me with the opportunity to be a voice for change through athletics and through my work as a coach. The outdoors is where I work and play and being a force for change is matter of acting ethically - at this point in our history.

Introducing Sean Scott:
I was a serious cyclist for three years in a fifteen year carrer. Two of my three serious years were spent racing in Europe. In that time I learned enough about the sport to choose academics over athletics. Racing and studies went hand in hand and I enjoyed earning a couple of national masters titles in that time.
